ThresholdImpact founder Dr. Ray Muzyka will be speaking September 28th at the Peter Lougheed Leadership College. The topic of the talk is “The End of Hierarchy”; an expert panel of leaders from medicine, business and the military will offer new ways of thinking beyond traditional top-down approaches to leadership that can lead to better outcomes by empowering people at all levels of a team or organization.
The Peter Lougheed Leadership College at the University of Alberta invites everyone to be informed, challenged and inspired by local, national and international leaders from government, business, academia, as well as cultural and nonprofit sectors. All lectures are free and open to the public and start at 6 p.m.
The Peter Lougheed Leadership College is part of the broader Peter Lougheed Leadership Initiative. The initiative is a partnership between the University of Alberta and The Banff Centre based on the vision to create a leadership development program that is recognized as one of the finest in the world. By fostering a unique synergy between a large research-intensive university and a leading centre for executive leadership development, the Peter Lougheed Leadership Initiative will give students and participants the experiences and skills that will prepare them to lead at the highest levels of any organization, anywhere.
